From Robshaw Propertys inception in 2019, to having sold R300 million in property in 2025, the company is growing exponentially. Due to rapid growth, we are hiring! Robshaw are seeking both full status Estate Agents, and also Candidate Property Practitioners (interns - to whom we offer training, continuous support, mentoring from top agents, and the opportunity to harness the Robshaw brand to start earning commission). We offer a 50/50 commission split for starters, and a 60/40 split (in favor of agent) commensurate with experience. Unlike many other agencies you will not be restricted to either sales or rentals, you have the opportunity to do both, and to choose where. Moreover, there are no desk fees, no micromanagement, and your working hours are flexible. We encourage visiting the office to get to know the team and make use of the available resources (speedy wifi, bluetooth printersair con!), but both in-office and remote working are supported.
