Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Daily Assisting the Board of Directors and Estate Manage in administrative and other tasks as per instruction General office administration - client reception / telephones / filing / maintaining suppliers / electricity management Fee invoice schedule contractor application (HOA) Plan submission process Security administration Manage CRM system Weekly Liaising with municipal services - any issues, reporting and resolution of issues, including data capture for sewer removal services Database management and updating Financial administration - data collection, capturing unpaid invoices for payment Process gas orders and invoice accordingly Online monitoring of property alerts HR Administration - temp timesheet Administer Formal written letters to members Maintenance request TLB Bookings Process Client Invoice HR Administration Monthly wage schedule Salary advice UIF Contracts Financial Administration Schedule all month end payments Prepare bank statement descriptions for payment allocation file monthly invoices / receipts All other duties as required by management Qualifications: Matric - combined administration / secretarial qualification would be advantageous Fluent in English and Afrikaans Computer literate - MS Office Suite / Pastel / SAGE online / Biometrics Own reliable vehicle - due to location Competencies: Ability to work independently Excellent communication (English / Afrikaans) Accurate with strong attention to detail Financial acumen Organized Multi-tasking Strong computer literacy Problem solving skills
