Guest House General Manager, West Rand

My client, well established and highly successful high end guest house based on the West Rand, is looking for a General Manager. Job description includes guest relations and liaison, marketing, finances, HR, facilities and maintenance, etc. Full details will be provided to suitable candidates. The ideal candidate for this position will be a person who has sound background in hospitality and general management of same or high end guest house. They must be able to work long and odd hours, have a valid drivers licence. They should have a friendly and helpful disposition but be able to manage staff and be fair and firm.
