Direct Sales Associates- Needed

We are looking for motivated and energetic Direct Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers directly, promoting products or services, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service. Roles and Responsibilities Approach and engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner. Present and demonstrate products or services to customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions. Handle customer questions or concerns effectively. Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals. High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales training is an advantage). Previous experience in direct sales, retail sales, or customer service is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and enthusiastic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
