A Receptionist is required for a Parktownbased office, seeking a dynamic and wellpresented young woman to manage frontoffice duties and create a professional first point of contact. Reception Duties: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and contractors Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Receive, log, and distribute deliveries Control site access and ensure visitors sign in and out (including indemnity forms where required) Issue subcontractor badges and enforce access procedures Manage site office telephone lines Site Administration Duties: Maintain accurate site records, files, and registers Capture daily attendance for staff and contractors Prepare, update, and file site documentation (as per Willies request) Manage construction team procurement correspondence and emails Order and control office and site stationery Maintain health and safety files and compliance documents Track invoices, delivery notes, and basic cost records Maintain the site asset register and tool lists Assist with meeting coordination and take minutes when required Report incidents, damages, or administrative issues to management Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, and Director MS Office Own vehicle preferable 1-3 years experience
