Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable Refunds Specialist to manage and process travel refunds efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Process travel refunds for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner Handle complex refund cases, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain detailed records of refunds and report on trends or issues Requirements Proven experience handling travel refunds or related financial processes Strong understanding of corporate travel operations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible and comfortable working outside standard office hours Strong communication and problem-solving skills
