Site Agent (Civil Structures) - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitments client, a reputable civil engineering contractor based in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Site Agent with strong expertise in civil structures to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily site operations on projects Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and health & safety regulations Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Prepare site reports, method statements, and progress updates Requirements: National Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering Minimum 510 years experience on civil structures (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, reservoirs, water treatment works, dams, tunnels, etc.) Proven experience working on bridges advantageous Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices Experience with relevant contract forms (e.g., GCC, FIDIC advantageous) Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
