Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This position requires responding to a variety of sales channelsincluding in-store customers, online inquiries, phone calls, and emails. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong and loyal customer base Respond promptly and professionally to telephonic, online, and email inquiries Assist walk-in customers with product selection and sales Provide product knowledge and advice to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up on leads and close sales Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment (sporting goods experience is a plus) Proven track record with contactable references Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, email) Passion for sports and active lifestyle a plus
