Introduction: The main purpose of the job is to manage the business switchboard professionally and in accordance with company standards; receiving all incoming calls and distributing them to the appropriate extensions, taking messages, routine administration duties Description: Manage Switchboard Receiving of Incoming Calls Message taking Greeting visitors and customers Handling customer queries/problems Maintaining Equipment General Administration To uphold and promote the company values and culture Requirements: Grade 12 At least one years experience as Receptionist Preferably 1-2 years switchboard prior experience Basic computer skills
