Internal Sales Representative

An establised company Based in Germiston, requires an Internal Sales Representative: DUTIES: Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer requests via phone and email Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and sales orders Support external sales representatives with administrative and sales coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Provide basic technical advice on products and applications (training provided) Maintain accurate customer records and sales data Liaise with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities REQUIREMENTS: Matric Experience in an I ndustrial or Technical Sales environment is highly advantageous Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good administrative and organisational abilities Comfortable working with CRM (Syspro ) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
