Security Solutions Specialist

- Selling, designing and supporting intergrated security systems including CCTV, access control and surveillance technologies. - Client engagement & sales Identify client needs and recommend tailored security solutions. -Prepare and deliver compelling product presentation and demos -Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. -Extensive knowledge of Hikvision product portfolio - Technical support and solution design - provide pre and post sales technical support, including troubleshooting and configuration - Project coordination and delivery oversee implementation of security projects from initiation to completion. - Coordinate with installers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery -Monitor project milestones budgets and client satisfaction - Conduct sight visits and risk assessments to validate solution effectiveness -Documentation and Reporting maintain accurate records of client interactions project progress and support tickets - Generate reports on system performance, client feedback and service metrics -Training and knowledge sharing train clients and internal teams on system usage and best practices - Develop user guides, FAQs and onboarding materirals for security systems Extensive knowledge of Hikvision product portfolio
