Steel Studio is a leading subcontractor specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of premium balustrades, staircases, hand railings, and pool enclosures for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Residential Sales Representative to expand our presence within the residential building sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors (QS) Identify and pursue new business opportunities Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Conduct site visits to assess client requirements Prepare and present proposals and quotations Track sales activities and report to management Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Proven sales experience in the building/construction industry Highly self-motivated and target-driven Good computer literacy Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Valid drivers licence Reliable vehicle (essential)
