Head of digital to lead e-commerce and digital growth journey. This role is for a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion retail, who knows how to turn insight into impact and customer experience into conversion. You will own and shape the digital ecosystmem; from platform performance and paid media to CRM and cross-channel capaigns; working closely with teams and partners to drive sustainable growth and elevate the brand online. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, iformation technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience working in E-Commerce Management or Digital Marketing. Proven experience as a e-commerce analytic tools, such as Google Analytics and Shopify analitics. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design is advantageous. Knowledgeable in ecommerce strategy and planning.Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative enviroments. Proficient in project management with a high attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Self motivated with a proactive approach and a positive attitude. Knowlegeable in ecommerce strategy and planning. Able to problem-solve independently. Excellen verbal and written communication. Keen to take initiative and drive change. A team player who is enthusiastic about working collaboratively.
