Call Centre Agent (Customer Service)

We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
