Customer Service Representative (12-Month Call Centre Experience Required) Were looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic contact centre team. If you have at least 12 months of call centre experience , excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, this is your opportunity to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from policyholders in a professional manner Process billing transactions, including payments and account adjustments Accurately interpret and respond to billing and technical inquiries Provide first-line technical support using internal systems Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure customer satisfaction Meet quality standards and call centre performance targets Matric Certificate Minimum 12 months (continuous) call centre experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a structed,target-driven environment Must live 35km from Cape Town CBD Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel, Social Media, Online, Navigation) Good articulation of the English language (Spoken and Written)
