Job Description
Assist the Human Resource Leader in managing the disciplinary procedures of all personnel. Recruiting the required staff members. Developing the skills of all staff members and keep records of employees trained. Assist in handling increase negotiations and performance appraisals. Assist in compiling monthly production reports. Assisting all managing staff with Labour Related issues. Ensure that all reports are completed correctly (WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, STATS SA and BBBEE). Assist in handling all CCMA matters. Drafting of company policies and procedures. Record keeping of all leave taken by employees and approve leave requests. Compiling of all staff members contracts and keeping record of all staff files. Confidentiality Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. Good administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, critical thinking and computer skills. BCom in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
