(ENG= Personal Assistant (PA) Our client is looking for a dynamic and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both professional and personal capacities. This all-rounder role requires strong administrative, IT, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to independently manage tasks and think proactively. Location : Centurion Salary : R15 000 Working Hours : Monday Friday 07:00 16:00 Available Positions : 1 Start Date : ASAP Benefits : Company Car Key Responsibilities: · Personal & Administrative Support: Manage personal appointments and private arrangements for two individuals. · Assist with limited au pair-type coordination when required. · Office Administration: Handle emails, follow up with clients, and manage general administrative duties. · Procurement: Act as office purchaser and manage related buying activities. · Security Coordination: Arrange and oversee security-related matters where required. · Travel & Diary Management: Assist with diaries, flight bookings, and scheduling. · IT & Systems: Utilize strong computer skills to manage systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms effectively. · Social Media & Advertising: Manage social media accounts and create advertisements. · Data & Reporting: Work confidently with Excel and Sheets for administrative tracking and reporting. · Independent Task Management: Think proactively, solve problems independently, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Job Requirements : · Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role. · IT as a school subject (no formal tertiary qualification required). · Strong computer literacy. · Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet management. · Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Pos Vereistes: · Minimum 1 jaar ondervinding in n administratiewe rol. · IT as skoolvak (geen formele tersiêre kwalifikasie vereis nie). · Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid. · Vaardig in Excel en spreadsheet-bestuur. · Volledig tweetalig in Afrikaans en Engels.
