We are in the process of recruiting A MEAL Officer The CFE Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer supports the implementation and effective functioning of the Community and Family Empowerment (CFE) programmes Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system across assigned implementation sites. The role focuses on supporting high-quality data collection, verification, collation and reporting to ensure credible information is generated and used to track programme performance and results KPA 1: MEL System Design, Planning and Indicator Tracking KPA 2: Tools, Templates and Data Collection Systems KPA 3: Data Quality Assurance, Verification and Compliance KPA 4: Analysis, Learning and Performance Improvement KPA 5: Evaluation, Assessments and Evidence Generation KPA 6: Capacity Building and Technical Support KPA 7: Reporting and Stakeholder Accountability KPA 8: Child Protection and Safeguarding Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or equivalent. ยท A Valid South African Drivers Licence. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in NGO programmes/projects, with at least 2 years in MEL, reporting, or data systems support. Experience in community-based, child wellbeing, or education programmes advantageous.
