Typical Skills Were Looking For: 510 years of software development experience in dynamic, product-driven environments. Strong backend development experience (Python, Django, Java, Node.js, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, APIs, or scalable architecture design. Ability to collaborate across disciplines, lead or mentor teams, and think strategically. Bonus: experience with AI integrations, PropTech, or data-heavy platforms.
