IT SUPPORT AGENT Based: EAST RAND Matric 2 years in an IT support role or service desk role IT certifications (A, N, MCSA, or relevant certifications) Telecommunication or Networks background Solid understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP Experience in troubleshooting IT related issues such as network, server, e-mail, and connectivity issues Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams Familiarity with Cyber Security protocols and tools Familiarity with Virtual Machines (Hyper-V, Azure) Telephone Etiquette Skills Must be prepared to work UK hours Salary: R22 000.00 R28 000.00 - Depending on experience Please send CV to veronica@izweplacements.co.za
