Site Agent / Construction Supervisor

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent / Construction Supervisor to manage the construction of a new art/paint shop, including site supervision, coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site Coordinate contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor project timelines and report progress to management Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage site documentation, reports, and material orders Minimum Requirements: Option 1: BSc Construction Management (Hons) minimum 5 years relevant experience Option 2: BSc Construction Management minimum 10 years relevant experience Option 3: National Diploma (3 Years) in Construction/Building minimum 10 years relevant experience Strong leadership and communication skills Proven experience managing medium-scale construction projects Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
