Company CoinFlip Location South Africa, Cape Town (Bellville) Employment Type Permanent, 40-hour work week, Night Shift, Onsite and Office-based Renumeration Range R22,000 to R24,000 Cost to Company Role Overview CoinFlip is seeking a highly driven and skilled Client Services Associate to join our growing Digital team. This role combines sales and service, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across our platform. The Client Services Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support while identifying opportunities to expand engagement and increase platform adoption. Responsibilities Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored support solutions. Proactively address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty. Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and build trust with clients. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a service-driven sales approach. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape. Skills Required Basic computer literacy essential Relevant CRM experience preferred Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM Troubleshooting experience, Microsoft Office familiarity preferred Technical Acumen (iOS, Android, etc) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead Conversion rate Abandoned cart/transaction conversion rate Response and follow-up turnaround times Quality and accuracy of customer records Customer satisfaction and feedback Nice To Have Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. General passion for and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency. Working Hours: 40 Hour Week 6 Month initial contract Initial 3-week training period (Paid) Aligned with Australian business hours (graveyard shift) 22:00 8:00 SAST. Transport and cost thereof are the contractors full responsibility. Flexibility may be required during peak sales periods, public holidays or weekends. Possible permanent placement, after the initial contract, depending on applicant performance and business needs.
