We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager who is a Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and forecasts - Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate and timely reporting - Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures - Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals - Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes Requirements: - Chartered Accountant qualification - At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance management role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience in leading and developing a team - Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
