As we grow, we are creating a talent community of highcalibre Underwriters and Senior Underwriters with strong expertise across the UK regulated market (FCA). What You Bring Were looking to connect with underwriters who can demonstrate: Solid technical underwriting experience across UKregulated General Insurance, Life/Protection or Health Insurance The ability to interpret complex information and make informed, balanced risk decisions Strong awareness of the UK insurance landscape and regulatory expectations under the FCA Confidence in assessing cases involving financial, medical, lifestyle or occupational factors Clear, engaging communication skills able to explain decisions and influence stakeholders The ability to build trusted working relationships across internal and external teams A passion for contributing to capability-building, process shaping or mentoring others A proactive mindset and comfort working in evolving, fastmoving environments Experience Were Looking For Underwriting experience within UK financial services (GI, Protection/Life, or Health Insurance) Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Ability to navigate underwriting tools, manuals, and decisionsupport frameworks Strong analytical capability to evaluate medical, lifestyle, or financial disclosures Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams like claims, actuarial, compliance and product Exposure to continuous improvement or operational enhancement initiatives A forwardthinking, growthoriented mindset Why Join This Talent Pool?
