Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced and professional Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy coffee shop operating from 7:00am to 4:00pm in Rynfield. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day coffee shop operations Lead, manage, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage preparation, and presentation Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle customer queries and ensure a welcoming environment Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Requirements: Proven managerial experience (coffee shop or restaurant experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Reliable and hands-on approach Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays when required
