Job Opportunity: New Business Recruitment Consultant Location: Birchleigh North Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Permanent opportunity thereafter) We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial New Business Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who already has an established client base and is confident in bringing in new business. Key Focus: Bring existing and/or new clients on board Sign clients under us Terms & Conditions Manage and grow your client portfolio Drive placements and revenue generation Requirements: Proven recruitment experience Existing client base (non-negotiable) Ability to secure signed Terms & Conditions Strong sales and negotiation skills Self-driven and target-oriented Commission Structure: Commission will be paid for 6 months on any successful placement Commission is paid once payment is received from the client Placement fee will be split 50/50 between the consultant and company This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential and the possibility of moving into a permanent role after 6 months.
