Role Overview GOGO Logistics is seeking a highly organised, commercially driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage and align all brand, digital, and growth initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening GOGOs market presence, supporting lead generation, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with operational capacity and revenue objectives. The successful candidate must understand B2B marketing within the logistics and transport industry and be capable of executing campaigns that generate measurable business growth. 1. Website & Digital Oversight Ensure the GOGO Logistics website remains accurate, professional, and up to date Oversee service page content (freight, courier, fleet solutions, warehousing, etc.) Ensure all content clearly communicates reliability, efficiency, and service coverage Optimise website pages for SEO and lead generation Monitor website performance and inquiry conversions Ensure tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM integrations) are functioning correctly Coordinate website updates with developers 2. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Develop strategies to generate qualified B2B leads Coordinate LinkedIn outreach and corporate marketing campaigns Manage Google Ads and paid search campaigns targeting logistics and freight clients Monitor cost-per-lead and campaign performance metrics Align marketing initiatives with the sales team to support revenue growth Identify new industries and sectors for expansion 3. Brand & Corporate Image Management Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and print platforms Maintain professional messaging aligned with logistics industry standards Oversee fleet branding consistency (vehicle signage, uniforms, depot branding) Manage corporate brochures, presentations, and tender documents Coordinate client testimonials and case studies 4. Agency & Supplier Coordination Act as the main point of contact between GOGO and external marketing agencies Coordinate creative production and campaign timelines Review and approve marketing materials prior to release Monitor agency performance and return on investment 5. Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution Develop and maintain a structured marketing calendar Coordinate promotional campaigns aligned with peak freight periods Support marketing for new routes, fleet expansions, or service launches Assist in preparing marketing materials for tenders and corporate presentations Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget 6. Reporting & Analytics Compile monthly marketing performance reports Track website traffic, inquiry volumes, and lead conversions Monitor paid advertising ROI Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements Present insights and recommendations to management 7. Internal Coordination Work closely with operations and sales teams to align marketing with capacity Support B2B relationship marketing initiatives Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows and industry events Ensure clear internal communication regarding campaigns and promotions Performance Expectations The successful candidate will: Increase qualified B2B lead generation Improve online visibility within the logistics sector Strengthen brand credibility and corporate positioning Improve conversion rates for service inquiries Ensure marketing initiatives support measurable revenue growth Minimum Requirements Proven experience in marketing coordination (B2B experience preferred) Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing) Experience working with agencies and external suppliers Strong organisational and project management skills Analytical mindset with reporting experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
