Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Provide product information about payday loans, repayment terms, and account status. Assist customers with application follow-ups, account queries, and status updates. Record and maintain accurate customer interaction logs in the CRM system. Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, conversion, customer satisfaction). Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Ensure compliance with all National Credit Act (NCA) and internal quality standards. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. 1 year call centre or customer service experience preferred ; financial services or lending experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call centre systems. Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets. Good organisation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
