How you'll role A leading sports betting brand is expanding its support team and seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Agent to deliver fast, friendly, and effective service. Youll be a key point of contact for customer queries, helping to resolve issues, guide users, and ensure a smooth overall experience. What you'll do Respond to customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels, providing effective and efficient solutions Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager about product issues, service trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to cover evening and weekend shifts as needed Participate in training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge and enhance customer service skills What you'll need Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar role within the gaming or betting industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service Fluency in Afrikaans is prefered Proficiency in English is mandatory Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick and effective solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-stress situations Remain flexible to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as required Proficiency in relevant customer support software, databases, and tools
