Internal Sales Representative

A well established company in the East requires an Internal Sales Representative: DUTIES: Achieve set monthly turnover and margin budgets. Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic contact Source new customers Accurate order processing. Liaise and assist with technical info/alternatives if no stock available and expected delivery of orders. Manage customer expectations. Assist with and resolve customer complaints. Regular back-order management. Active use of and update of CRM platform . REQUIREMENTS: Preferably Matric and/or Diploma specializing in Sales/Customer Services Management Minimum 5 years Sales/Customer Service experience in the automotive motor vehicle industry In depth product knowledge relevant to the product range Previous experience in a call center / telesales environment/retail store/wholesaler in the automotive sector Computer literacy (MS Office)
