This is a sales-based phone role , not customer service or admin. Youll be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. You Bring Proven results in sales, fundraising, or phone-based roles Confidence asking for financial commitments over the phone Drive to achieve daily and weekly KPIs Resilience you bounce back after every no and aim for the next yes Strong verbal communication and listening skills Reliable work ethic and consistency in attendance Competent computer skills and ability to learn fast Confident to close the deal, whilst being authentic and genuine and comfortable asking for money and overcoming objections. Must Haves · A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience within a Call Centre · Speaking fluent and clear English · Reliable and working Internet, with back up. Must be able to provide evidence of 120MPS Internet speeds · Working computer or laptop with antivirus software · Working and reliable electricity and back up when needed · Be able to work Australian based hours AEST(9am - 5pm 7.5hr shifts)
