Chief Financial Officer

We are building more than retail business, we are shaping a purpose-led South African Brand rooted in authenticity, quality, and concious growth. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, Executive team and Board in driving strategic growth, financial resilience and long term value creation. The role requires a commercially astue leader who can translate strategy into financial outcomes while maintaining operational discipline in a fast-paced retail environment A relevent 3 year tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting. A recognised professional qualification CA (SA) , CPA or equilavent. Minimum 5 years finance experience, including at least 2 years in senior financial leaderhips role. Retail, consumer or omnichannel business experience (highly advantageous). Strong commerical acument with proven executive and board-level influence. A hands-on, strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking.
