Quantity Surveyor

A well-known PQS firm is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town. If you have experience with various buildings projects and would like to contribute to a dynamic team then this is the role for you. Role requirements : · BSc/ BTech Quantity Surveying. · Candidate QS or recently registered PQS with the SACQSP. · 4-6 years industry experience working for PQS firms. · Project experience in commercial and industrial buildings, estates and luxury housing is required. Key responsibilities: · Prepare BOQs · Prepare accurate cost estimates. · Conduct site visits to perform measurements. · Assist with tender documentation. · Prepare monthly valuations and payment certificates. · Assist with final account preparation.
