Description: Social Media Management Create Social Media Guidelines Social Media Community Management Coordinate digital campaigns Coordinate Customer Complaints Coordinate all SMS Marketing Coordinate all digital monthly support Conducting Research on industry trends Conducting Social media research To uphold and promote the company values and culture Requirements: Grade 12 Degree or Diploma certificate in marketing, social media or related fields. 0-2 years experience in a similar role Computer literate Knowledge of current digital trends and innovations Proven working experience as a community management Experience in launching social media initiatives Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of business and commerce Creative writing skills (Copywriting) Exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to create content Social media savvy Understanding of community etiquette and respect Ability to problem-solve when dealing with high pressure situations Ability to identify and track relevant digital and social metrics
