National Commercial Manager

A respected logistics and supply chain company is seeking a National Commercial Manager to join its Western Cape and/or Gauteng team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the companys commercial strategy to drive growth and expand market share within the logistics environment. You will lead marketing and branding initiatives, manage client portfolios, ensure legislative compliance, oversee financial performance and budgeting, drive sales performance, and conduct strategic analysis. Success in this role requires strong strategic planning, negotiation and sales capability, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring proven commercial leadership experience within the freight, transport, or logistics industry, supported by a degree in Logistics, Transport Management or other relevant degree(MBA advantageous). Strong knowledge of perishables, supply chain, airfreight, and logistics operations is essential.
