Technical aptitude for machine troubleshooting and maintenance oversight. High level of reliability, accountability, and professional conduct. Ability to be on-site when required and available for on-call duties. Valid drivers license and reliable transport. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Mature, responsible, calm under pressure, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
