Role Overview: Financial Planner Long-term, Life Insurance The Financial Planner will be working in the Government sector selling appropriate life cover, together with estate planning. You will help individuals and families secure their financial future by providing tailored insurance solutions that protect against lifes uncertainties. This role blends financial advisory expertise with consultative sales to deliver peace of mind and long-term value to clients. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation : Assess clients financial goals, family needs, and risk exposure to recommend appropriate life insurance products. Solution Design : Present customized life insurance plans that align with clients income, liabilities, and long-term objectives. Education & Trust Building : Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to help clients make informed decisions. Sales & Compliance : Drive sales through ethical practices while ensuring all regulatory and company standards are met. Ongoing Support : Maintain relationships with clients, review coverage needs periodically, and assist with claims or policy updates. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills Financial services experience will be an advantage, although full training will be provided. Goal-driven and self-motivated.
