Responsibilities: - Conduct risk assessments and develop security plans to mitigate potential threats. - Oversee the management of security personnel and ensure proper training and supervision. - Handle security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports. - Maintain a strong presence at the retail location and respond to any security concerns promptly. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess security measures and address any issues. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Work closely with center management to address security and safety concerns. Requirements: - PSIRA Grade A registration. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail security management. - Proven track record of managing security operations in a retail setting. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively. - Knowledge of security protocols and procedures. - Own reliable vehicle for transportation to various sites. - Flexibility to respond to security incidents and emergencies at any time, including odd hours.
