Full store and forecourt management Staff supervision, training and discipline Stock control, ordering, receiving and wastage control Managing food preparation areas and food safety compliance Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Daily cash-ups, reporting and administration Maintaining company standards and procedures Must reside in Knysna Proven management experience in retail AND food service Excellent leadership and people-management skills Strong stock control, ordering and shrinkage control knowledge Able to manage food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards Honest, reliable and trustworthy Able to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays Good communication and problem-solving skills
