Process Technologist

A leading food manufacturing operation is looking for a Process Technologist to drive factory trials, pre-production, quality compliance, and successful product launches. What youll do: Manage factory trials & pre-productions from concept to launch Ensure compliance with FSQMS, food safety & quality standards Document processes, recipes, specs & artwork sign-off Train factory teams on new product lines and floor set-ups Support NPD, QA, Operations & continuous improvement initiatives What success looks like: On-time, successful product launches Consistent quality, yield optimisation & compliance Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or similar Minimum 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of food safety systems (FSSC / ISO) Excellent communication, organisation & problem-solving skills DB Recruitment is fully compliant with the POPI Act 2013.
