Our Client, is looking for a T echnology Leader to shape thei r platform's future-driving innovation, scalability, and commercial growth as part of their executive team The Role As Technical & Commercial Head (TCH): SaaS , you'll own the entire tech and product roadmap-leading platform development, data innovation, and team performance, while aligning tech strategy with business goals Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, infrastructure, and product roadmap development Manage and grow a high-performing engineering and product team Oversee platform scalability, security, and AI/data integration Align tech initiatives with commercial and operational strategies Guide financial planning, investor engagement, and market expansion Co-drive business growth, client success, and strategic partnerships What You Bring Tech degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred 15 years in software/SaaS; 3 years in a senior tech leadership role Proven success scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms (AWS preferred) Strong Java background with experience in modernising legacy systems Expertise in secure integrations, data warehousing, and analytics Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
