Job Description
A technical administrator will oversee the stock movement and control of Technical and Demo stock within the branch. The technical administrator must co-ordinate and control all administration functions relating to the Technical Department. Task and responsibilities Receiving and checking of stock on arrival. Controlling of stock movement. Receiving, supplying, and dispatching of stock to be accurately recorded and reconciled where necessary. Counting and capturing of monthly stock take and providing variance feedback within the specified turnaround time. Picking and packing of repairs that will be delivered or couriered to patients and ensuring that the necessary paperwork is done before leaving Technical. Ensuring that all repairs leaving Technical are invoiced correctly and signed out on the relevant register. Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock. Tasking stores for booking of couriers. Inter Branch requests from Stores Uploading and saving of PODs to patient file and completing sales opportunities. Qualifications and Competency Criteria Essential: Grade 12 Job specific in-service training to understand customer needs, and associated products o Proficiency will be determined by both theory test results and practical assessments o Periodic assessments and performance evaluations to assess ongoing competency Experience Pastel MS Office Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration duties Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fluency in English and Afrikaans Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have own reliable transport Ability to work well under pressure Display a strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain organized
