Medical Case Manager

This role requires strong coordination, clinical understanding, and excellent communication with medical funders, clinicians, and patients to ensure a seamless process from referral through to equipment supply and setup. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the full patient case workflow from referral to delivery and setup. Liaise with medical funders for pre-authorizations, quotations, and approvals. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. Ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is accurate and compliant. Support the clinical and technical teams to deliver excellent patient care. Dispute and escalate case rejections and firmly motivate for review Requirements: Essential: Grade 12 Nursing, allied health, or clinical background (preferred). Proven ability to work with medical funders/medical aids. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fluency in English and Afrikaans Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have own reliable transport Ability to work well under pressure Display a strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain organized
