Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with doctors offices to support recruitment and referral efforts. Engage with job boards to post vacancies, source candidates, and track application activity. Contact local schools and colleges to build recruitment pipelines and promote employment opportunities. Act as a liaison for recruitment and HR functions, including onboarding, interviews, and reference checks. Focus initially on staff recruitment, with a planned future expansion into client intake activities (explaining services, insurance processes, and application steps). Conduct follow-ups with potential hires to address concerns such as compensation, schedules, or role details. Requierements: 3 or more years of recruitment experience.
