In this role, you will execute preventive maintenance schedules, repair and maintain equipment in both the process environment and workshop, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with teams and manage contractors will be essential in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you should hold a relevant Millwright qualification and have solid experience in an FMCG environment. Familiarity with quality systems (such as FSSC), strong leadership skills, and the ability to work shifts with a production team are key . Excellent communication, initiative, and a proactive approach to OHS standards will also be highly valued.
