Job Description

Administrative assistant to provide administrative and data management support to our service and sales division. Responsible for data capturing large volume of information to compile validation reports with efficiency and accuracy, performing administrative tasks to assist the service division in scheduling and operating smoothly and provide support to the sales department with processing of quotations, invoices and administrative functions. Will be required to assist reception with the switchboard phone when necessary. Experience and Qualifications Matric Drivers License and own transport Skills and Competencies Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite) Strong Microsoft Excel understanding and experience Good attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Highly organised
