Training Officer

JOB TITLE Training Officer KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES · Market Development · Customer Relations. · Training and Distributor/ Team development. SPECIFIC SKILLS & ABILITIES · At least one years experience in education or related field · Previous experience in a Network marketing environment is preferred. · Good Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work across team · Able to align customer needs to business requirements. · Communicating with customers effectively. · Capable to work independently and under pressure. . ü University graduate or Diploma in Education or related fields ü Min 2 - 5 years experience in Education/ Training related environment ü Self motivated individuals with strong communication ability. ü Ability to conduct Training to individuals as well as groups. ü Knowledge of health care products. ü Willing to travel and work extended hours ü Well presented with good teamwork skills ü Divers License essential ü Computer literacy and Proficiency in MS Office software essential ü Proficiency in English and Zulu
