A well established Property Managment company has a vacancy for a Credit Vetting Clerk in the Johannesburg Branch. The successful Candidate will be responsible for conducting residential credit vetting by assessing lease applications, verifying documents and making credit decisions in line with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, resolving credit related queries and ensuring accurate administration. Collect, verify and authenticate required tenant documentation. Identify and manage risks during the vetting process. Resolve credit vetting queries and provide feedback. Compile and submit credit vetting reports. Complete all the necessary documentation. Provide general administration support. Matric. NQF Level 4 qualification is essential. Minimum of 2 years credit vetting experience. Property industry experience will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Data analysis and interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service orientated. Problem solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills.
