A growing construction company is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office team in Durbanville Hills. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with cost estimates, BOQs, and valuations Subcontractor measurements and payment certificates Cost tracking and reporting Supporting senior QS and commercial team Exposure to multiple residential and commercial projects Requirements: Recently completed BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying 2 to 5 years post-graduate working experience with a building contractor Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and basic QS software Eager to learn and grow within a professional environment
