Job Description

A prominent online retailer is seeking dynamic and solutions-oriented Operational Trainers to join their team. Successful candidates will be instrumental in providing high-quality training that fosters operational excellence and aligns with the clients business mission and values. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate, train, and enforce operational best practices Lead training for new and existing employees Provide coaching to drive improved performance Support annual performance reviews Track trainee progress and support evaluation of training effectiveness Work closely with DC leadership to identify training and development needs GENERAL The above-mentioned duties reflect the positions essential functions but does not contain all of the tasks that will be assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with change Computer literate (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma (advantageous) Previous experience managing or supervising staff Prior training or coaching experience is advantageous Solutions-oriented with a positive, can-do mindset Strong organisational and administrative abilities Understanding of Best Operating Practices Warehousing and/or FMCG experience (beneficial)
